This Privacy Policy explains how AssetPullKit ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the AssetPullKit Chrome extension and this website. We are committed to being clear about what data exists, where it stays, and what we do (and do not) do with it.

Data we collect

We distinguish between two separate products with very different data postures: the Chrome extension and this marketing website.

Extension data

The AssetPullKit Chrome extension operates entirely within your local browser environment. When you use the extension:

• All scanning and analysis happens inside your browser tab using JavaScript APIs available to Chrome extensions.
• No page content (HTML, CSS, images, URLs, or any other data from pages you visit) is transmitted to our servers or any third-party server.
• No usage analytics or telemetry are collected from within the extension.
• No account, email address, or personal identifier of any kind is required or collected.
• Any data you copy to your clipboard or download stays on your local device.

The extension requests the following Chrome permissions: activeTab, scripting, downloads, and clipboardWrite. These permissions are used solely to inspect the active tab, enable downloading files to your device, and write to your clipboard on request. None of these permissions are used to transmit data externally.

Website analytics

This website (assetpullkit.com) uses two analytics services to help us understand how many people visit and how the site performs:

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregated visitor statistics such as page views, session duration, and approximate geographic region. Google Analytics sets cookies on your device. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.

Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights

This site is hosted on Vercel. We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to collect anonymous performance and traffic data. Vercel does not use cookies for these products. For more information, see Vercel's Privacy Policy.

Neither analytics service receives any data about websites you visit using the extension. The analytics are strictly limited to visits to assetpullkit.com.

Third parties

We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to any third-party for marketing or commercial purposes. The only third-party data processors involved in this website are Google (Analytics) and Vercel (hosting and analytics), as described above.

The Chrome Web Store, operated by Google, is used to distribute the extension. Google's policies apply to transactions and reviews on the Chrome Web Store. We do not receive any personal data from the Chrome Web Store beyond aggregate install statistics.

Your rights

Because the extension collects no personal data, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete on your behalf in relation to extension usage.
